Parking Lot or parking garage Investments
Hi everyone! I'm curious if anyone has experience investing in parking lots/garages. I can't seem to find much info on this sector and was wondering if any bp members have some insight on how to find these types of properties, as well how profitable the business is. Curious about any type of investment that could have been a purchase of an existing parking facility, purchase of land turned into a facility, or a run down property turned into a parking facility.
