Cell Phone Tower Land

Has anyone on here successfully leased land for a cell phone tower? I have a unbuildable lot that is in a low signal strength area according to Cell phone company coverage maps available online.

I understand usually the company would contact the property owner but has anyone ever marketed a property and gotten a lease? Terms? worth it?
