Commercial Rehab Construction Costs
Hi, I was about to start a new commercial project. Am purchasing a vacant commercial building which used to be an automotive repair shop and it is about 3k sq ft. It can be expanded into 6k sq ft. The goal is to convert this space into a retail setting with 3-4 units.
How much should I be budgeting for the construction costs?
