Im buying a duplex in Nashville with a commercial loan at a 4.75 interest rate. What letter grade is that of 10/08/2021 in this Covid market?

De'Anton,

Depends on what the terms are being offered: 4.75% rate but is that a 30YR Fixed or a 5/1 ARM Hybrid Fixed, Prepayment penalty? Are you paying points and buydowns to rate?

Why are you getting a commercial loan - Do you mean portfolio because your closing in an LLC? There are other options!
