Pre-qualification and Proof of Funds letters
Getting ready to make a few offers next week.... need to know the best and quickest way to get Pre-qualification and Proof of Funds letters. Can prospective lenders provide this without a prior relationship and major documentation?.
As we know....this is often what is needed by sellers/RE agents prior to an (official) offer.
