Rental property number 8 is under contract
The deals are harder to find, but they still are out there. I found this one on MLS, just like all of my other rental properties. Purchase price $97,500 should rent for $1,200 after 15k in repairs. Single family home built in the early 1970's. Fannie Mae REO.
