Q1
I know there are 2 types of sales when it comes to tax sales. redeemable and non-redeemable.On non-redeemable sales,can one purchase at an auction and claim deed free of liens. Do encomberances carry?

On redeemable properties,can the the buyer(me)set interests rates,
or is the rate the same as what i see on the postings?
am i wishing, or is it the yearly rate of interest they have 2 pay back(25% 1st yr 50% 2nd year) flat?
