I bought a HUD in Ohio as a o/o I'm trying to get a reverse Mortgage,203k? my brother and I live here now,it's been 6 months owing it. I now i have to wait 6 more months to sell,can I atleast list the home before the 1 year is up,knowing I cant sell till the 1 year contract is up,as long as we tell the buyer? we want to move closer to where we were born
