Late Payments List
Anyone know the best source for getting lists of homeowners who are late on their mortgage payments but before the Lis Pendens has been filed. I received feedback earlier about using the credit bureaus but they want $3000.00. Not quite ready for that big a plunge. Any websites you can offer up would be very helpful.
