Pre-Foreclosure Help

N/A N/A
Posted

I found a house that is in pre-forclosure. It is showing a date of 4-26-07. I have seen the house and want to make sure that I can get this property. I have pulled all the info that I can from public records and need to know where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appriciacted.

Details
Base morgage $411k
Home Equity $104k
two different companies

1 Lien of aprox $400.00

I am in Florida and the buyer is going through a devorice and is in need of getting rid of this property. was thinking of putting in a bid on the house of $490k to see what would happen. Any advise or just wait till it goes to full foreclosure?
