Possible list of Foreclosed properties...

Hi BP'ers,

I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to know if anyone has a way to tell if a home has been foreclosed on or not. I'm coming across a lot of vacant homes and I'm trying to track down the owners. I'm sure some have been foreclosed on and some may just be vacant. Is there a list of some sort somewhere?? Or do I just have to keep hunting the owners? Lol. I know it's a shot in the dark because multiple lenders foreclose on loans, just wanted to ask this Great community.
