Tax lien foreclosure AZ

Hello,

I have two small questions regarding tax liens in Arizona:

1. If I buy a lien over the county from the treasurer. When does the 3 year start, from the time of purchase of from the original sale?

2. The tax lien foreclosure packet say that it does not cover corporations. Any special considerations for corporations?
