How to locate an agent knowledgeable about pre-foreclosure ( and foreclosures)

I'm looking for an agent who is knowledegable about dealing with pre-foreclosure -Lis Pendens - properties. I want to avoid agents who don't know the ins and outs of dealing with these types of properties.  So how and where would you start looking?
