Thinking of buying a foreclosure with solar panels.

Should I be concerned about the panels?  Will I have any obligation to some scam solar company after closing?
Is any company going to come remove the panels off the roof for non-payment at some point in the future?
House is in an electric coop area, so one electric company no long term contract to some independent free market rogue electric company.
I've never dealt with a UCC lien, and not sure there is one, but would that be attached to the house that title company would find?

Haven't checked on insurance quote yet, but it is normally more when you have panels?

What else do I need to know or be concerned about these panels.   Looks like local company installed that is/was a SunRun partner.
