Looking to talk to someone knowledgeable

Howdy! Is there anyone around the DFW metroplex that does Foreclosures on a regular basis, that would be willing to chat with me about it? I've been studying it for awhile now and would like to get some guidance on starting. Thanks! (Also any help on planning how to do rehabs quickly and well in the BRRRR method would be great as well!)

The part that caught my attention was that you've been studying foreclosures for a while and are now looking for someone who's actually doing them in the DFW market. That tells me you're probably at the point where reading another book or watching another video isn't going to answer the questions you have.

One thing I've noticed is that buying the foreclosure is only one part of the equation. The people who seem to move the fastest usually already have a contractor, a lender, and a rough rehab process in place before they ever get a property under contract. Without that, even a great deal can sit longer than expected while you're trying to build the team after the fact.

I'm curious—are you hoping to buy your first foreclosure in the next few months, or are you still trying to figure out the process before you start making offers?
