HELP-I need an auction dated postponed
Hello,
Does anyone have a number or person or direction to go to postpone a residential auction date? The house is in foreclosure, we're in escrow. Everything has been approved, we're ready to close.BUT we have to wait for the Lis Pendens to be lifted, August 27, 2014 is the soonest we could see the judge. He already denied the Lis Pendens (2x) lack of standing. The lady who filed the original LP will not take it off so we have to have the court do it. The house is set to be auctioned this Wednesday, August 13, 2014. Wells Fargo will not talk about it and the paper work that the last department requests will take 48 hrs. to process and then it has to be approvred to postpone the auction date (another 48hrs.). I don't know what to do......suggestions PLEASE.
