Wholesaling A Short Sale
Hello Everyone!
I have another question. I have cash buyers looking for turnkey properties that will will have no more than $3000 worth of work to be done. I am a licensed real estate agent. I need to know how to set up a wholesale deal as an agent via MLS listings. How do I approach a Potential Short Sale deal that's listed on the MLS to eventually wholesale it to my cash buyers?
