REO Purchase
New here! Lots of helpful info I have found, thank you all. Hopefully one of you will be inclined to steer us in the right direction. We are looking at purchasing an REO owned by (countrywide). The property is located in Pueblo, CO. 4 bedroom, 2 bath, that has some remodeling but can use a little work. The bank is asking 44,900 and this is a depressed area. Anyone have any idea what I should offer on this? I have no idea what I am doing, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
