HI All, I am looking to buy my first auction property in the Seattle area. I am pre-approved for financing as I don't have the cash. I know the area fairly well as I have lived there for 26 years although I don't live in Seattle now. What other than looking at the liens and resale value should I look out for? Pro's and con's...?
