Have to short sale please help!
My morgatge went up from $800 month to $1400 a month have to short sale a house, any advise? This is my investment home on deer island in Florida. Live in Ca.
On a fixed income...NationStar will not remodify my loan. Don't make enough money to get another loan. Is there something else I can do?
