redemption before bank takes property
Any words of wisdom in contacting foreclosed owners who are losing their places to bank foreclosure? I've decided it's not worth contacting people in pre foreclosure since they only have to get payments current. After sheriff sale, they have a redemption period but would have to pay all cash to get the property back. anyone found success with this?
