assigning of contact to reo's, can this be done and if so what is the best way to go about doing this?

@James Presley more than likely you will need 1K earnest money. Then you can go ahead make and offer on property, if accept put under contract under LLC or Trust. Find and end buyer and then have them pay you a fee to turnover all right of the LLC or Trust to them.
