Ok, you won the auction....now what

If at a trustee auction you do bid and win, what's next.
My understanding is that the trustee gives you a special title which is from the lender which reports that the lender has released its claim on the property. Right?

So what is next? Do you then take the special title to a title company or do you just go to the recorders office and record it....or does the trustee do this?
Is there some subset of escrow with a trustee sale??

Thanks,
