How Do I Find Investors
Was hoping to get some advice or to be pointed in the right direction. My partners and I have just created a Real Estate company and we are looking to use other peoples money to purchase properties. We have just purchased a 3 unit property using someone else's money as the down payment in return for a certain % back on their investment and split in the equity while we manage the property ect.
My question is, what is the easiest way to find investors to get more deals like my example above? We are currently asking family and friends to get our name out there for leads but I am wondering if there are other avenues I can also take to speed up the process of finding potential partners/investors.
