Short Sale Paperwork
Hi,
I have come across my first short sale deal. Does anyone know where you can get paperwork that is necessary for the seller to sign? I know there are a lot of legal ramification to signing improper paperwork, however i'm sure that there is a website or something to that nature where you can download the necessary forms given its popularity. Any advice would be very helpful
