Other sites similar to Hubzu and Homepath?

Question

Does anyone know any other websites besides Hubzu, Auction.com or Homepath with more exclusive REO access. Im looking for sites that are not free and so open to the public, I would rather pay for access and have a more exclusive view of offmarket REO inventory. Do these sites exist?

When they are ready to sell REO they list it on one of those sites or on the mls if it is offmarket for the most part they will not sell it yet.

@Scott C. That is actually what I am working on now. We did a flip late December that did very well for us, but now the problem is finding a new project to roll into.

I am looking at new construction, so may hold off on the HE loan to see if it causes an issue with a construction loan.

Can you use a HE loan to make use of that equity to keep investing?

@Scott C. The way I did it was actually move into the property. Unfortunately my wife fell in love with the home, so I'm stuck for now sitting on a bunch on equity. Our home appraised for $75k over what we paid for it a year earlier.

Really your best bet is to buy under the Owner Occupant timeline at HUDhomestore, homesteps, or homepath. Those are HUD, Fannie, & Freddie sites. Everything I have seen is listed on the MLS.

If you want to get your hands dirty, then pull your county's NED list daily and door knock before the foreclosure.
