Property owner by FNMA but not on HomePath.com

Hello BP Experts!

I'm interested in a property in San Antonio TX.  The owner on county website shows FNMA INTERNATIONAL PLAZA II 14221 DALLAS PKWY STE 1000  DALLAS, TX 75254-2946 as the owner but its not listed on HomePath.com.  I've been watching HomePath for 5 months for it to be posted to no avail.

Does anyone know how I can purchase the property it its not on HomePath.com
