Bidding on a Hubzu Home

Hi I was hoping someone could help me.  I am new on here and have placed a bid on a property, ( I am currently the highest bidder which I see really doesn't mean anything)  However, if I do get lucky and somehow win the bid, do they use a standard Florida Contract in which I have a certain amount of time to inspect?  I called the information number and have gotten several different answers.  So If anyone out there has bought a property here in florida and would mind giving me a shout out, I would appreciate it.  Thank you.

Typically there are no inspection contingencies on these Hubzu properties, they expect you to visit the property beforehand. Unless there are any Special Terms.  And to gain access, you need a realtor to get the code and do the showing for you.  If the property occupied, then there is no way of viewing it beforehand so it's caveat emptor.
