Potential short sale - How can I help and profit?
I just found out that someone I am helping with their mobile home sale, has a single family home that they may want to short sell. I don't know much about opportunities in this area, but was wondering if there is a way for me to jump in, help out, and make a profit. I hear that there are ways to make this work. Any ideas or feedback would be appreciated.
