auction.com Finding any deals?
I have bid on a few houses on auction.com but have not been able to purchase one. The bank "reserve" is too high apparently. The most recent one started at 20K, the last bid was 80K but the reserve wasn't met so "no sale". The house is worth about 100-110K after repairs. Since you can't inside the house you can only estimate outside repairs.
Just wondered if other people are having more luck or is this the norm. Thanks.
