Anyone deal with Suntrust Bank?
Anyone deal with Suntrust on a buy? I submitted an offer and was told I'd have a response in 7 days. I'm waiting. It seems in FL this bank has a lot of foreclosure properties they are taking back (scanning the Deed transfers daily). I had terrible luck with Nationstar so I was wondering about this lender.
