buying a condo from a tax foreclosure auction
I am in the process of buying a condo from a tax foreclosure auction. I have not been able to get access to the unit so far. The unit is not a stand alone, it is inside of a build. How do I take possession of a condo that I purchase from a tax foreclosure?
