ARM help

I have a 7 / 23 ARM which will be expiring next year. With all of this volitile issues with mortagages I am wondering what you guys think of me either refinancing now for about 1.2 points higher than my current rate or waiting until all of this mortage stuff shakes out which may improve my situation.
