Richmond, VA Decature St.
I'm thinking of buying a HUD home in Richmond, VA ON Decatur Street. I'm relatively new to Richmond, but it looks like this neighborhood (Manchester) is turning for the better. It's not quite turned, but There are a lot of fixed up houses. I may sell it in a year to 2 years after doing sort of a live in flip. Is this a good area to invest/live in? Any feedback would be appreciated.

@Jon Deavers is a great guy to talk to about different neighborhoods in Richmond. He has his ears to the ground, and can recommend some good comparable options if Manchester is not great.
