Pre-Foreclosure Information
I'm pretty new in this field and I was wondering how to go about getting information about properties and their owners for homes in the pre-foreclosure stage. For instance, if I wanted to find out which homeowners in my neighborhood were delinquent on their payments, how do I get that information?
