What to look for when doing title searches
Hi everyone
I am new to BP and actually recently just moved to the United States. I have would like to get involved in real estate. I have being doing research on purchasing distressed properties and part of the due diligence is doing a title search.
Could someone give me a complete breakdown of what I should tell the title company to look for?
