Sheriffs Foreclosure by HOA judgement

Hi,

I am an investor and I have bought a Condo in Georgia with 'Assignment of Real Estate Deed to Secure Deed', 'Assignment of promissory note' and 'Modification of deed to secure debt' from a Bank. Now I see that the HOA has filed a Sheriffs's foreclosure based on a past due judgement they have. I recently came to know about it and the sale is this month. But i am the primary mortgage holder on the property? what are my options. The property should be worth 110k and the judgement they have is some 30k plus which they are using to file a foreclosure.

Please advice, my options.

Tnx
