quit claim deed on a foreclosing property
Friends,
I had my eye on a foreclosure purchase in Palm Beach County, Fl. I noticed that a year ago, party B was added via quit claim deed. Party A is the party that was issued the warranty deed and mortgage. Will the winning bidder own the property outright? Quieting of title needed?

@Jefferson Grant You don't really need to avoid them, just be aware. If a lien has actually been recorded, then it's easier to guess the debt, just add a couple thousand for atty fees. And some hoa management co.s, right or wrong, will give you a ball park of past dues, when there is no recorded lien. Also, I never bid on a foreclosure without knocking on the door first.....you never know what you're going to learn.
