REO Closing costs
I wanted to know is there anyway to get an idea of how much closing cost on my end would be on buying an REO for $55k in Florida, I'm paying cash. I know banks can throw in some fees but I wanted to hear from anyone who has closed REO's and to see if I can have an estimated number so I know all my numbers.
