30 60 90 day late payments list for New Jersey

Hi- would anyone have suggestions for a list source for 30 60 90 day late payment lists for New Jersey. I want to be able to access not just by zip code but also by block number. I have heard citracado mentioned here - has anyone used them. have you used other companies and liked the results.
