Looking for Help on pre-foreclosure on Los Angeles West side

Hello,

A property has come to my attention as possibly being in preforeclosure that I would love to get my hands on.   When I looked it up, both Zillow and Trulia showed it in pre-foreclosure as of a few months ago.  I know those sites can be very out of date.  How do I find out more information about this property and where it is in the foreclosure process, or if it still is in the pre-foreclosure process? Does anyone know someone in this area (Los Angeles West Side) who could help me on this?
