References for Short Sale Wholeseller

Howdy,

So, I have this short sale under contract. The auction date on Judicial Sales is less than two weeks.

It appears the listing agent din't care about this transaction from day one. They waited one month to present my offer to the seller. The seller was outraged.

My agent is knowledgeable with short sales, but claims the bank won't accept any offers. The listing agent says they are negotiating with the bank.  I think this deal is going to the garbage can.

Are there any whole sellers with experience with TCF bank interested in helping me out?

South of Chicago, two flat.
