Distressed/Absentee owners

Good afternoon BP!

Been listening to BP, starting to progress into some deals in NJ.

BUT my questions is...

I have found a dozen properties in my county that are Distressed/Absentee owners. How do i track the owners down? 

Thank you, this would truly be a life changer to figure out!

You can find the owners' names and address where the tax bill is mailed at the county's tax assessor's office.
