Final Judgement Amount and What It Means To Me

Hello All,

This is my first post here. Hopefully I've made it in the right place. I'm gathering as much information as I possibly can before continuing onto bidding at foreclosure auctions. One question I have is in regards to the Finale Judgement Amount. I understand that these are all the fees owed to the lender. (not including other possible liens and fees not recorded). My question is simply if I were to be the winning bidder on a foreclosure do I have to pay the full judgement amount?

Thanks!

Yes, whatever it goes for at auction is full payment for whatever mtg/lien was being foreclosed on.
