Pre Foreclosure (Auction)
I keep seeing off market homes that say "pre foreclosure (auction)" on Zillow. Does that mean they're going to auction? Some of them have been on Zillow for several months and don't appear to be doing anything. Where can I find out more about the auction (when/where they will take place)?
