assignments and preforclosures
Hi I am receiving leads from a bird dog. I intent to assign my contract to an end buyer once I get a good deal. But he is sending me preforclosures and foreclosed houses. Can i still assign my contract to an end buyer with these houses? Is there a different route I should take?
