Need advice 1st time Foreclosure buyer
I am a handyman who wants to buy a foreclosed house. I want to spend no more than 50K but want it in a neighborhood where houses are more than 120K. Am I asking too much, (basically is this a realistic goal)? If it is possible, who do I need to deal with or what do I need to do to make it happen?
