HOA fees in HUD listing are incorrect

I am following a HUD property that will open up to investors soon. I just noticed the listing states there are no HOA fees, however, there are HOA fees in fact ($300 a quarter).

Reasons as to why this is incorrect?  Does it affect the purchase of the property?
