Proof of funds Letter

Looking for somebody with experience on bank owned properties. They won't accept my POF from my hard money lender. Anybody have any advice or have had to be resourceful when it came to providing a POF letter

@Paul Holtham,

Proof of funds is for the component that you are coming in with, ie your down payment. 

The portion that you intend to finance is what your lender provides, ie a preapproval or prequal letter.
