Realty Trac do you find it helpful in finding deals?

I was wondering if anyone would be able to provide input on foreclosure websites for instance Realty Trac?  Has anyone had good success with it?  Do you recommend other sites?  Any input would be helpful!

Of the national foreclosure notice abstractors, RT is the best, though their professional list services are better then the consumer site. Like Jeff mentioned, in many states you can access foreclosure notices and the associated document images for free online, though it does take some work to type the data into a spreadsheet or CRM software to make it usable. Unfortunately in CA the recorders don't make images available free online, so unless you like spending a lot of time at the county recorder, you need to use a service. Definitely check out that site Jeff mentioned. ;-)
